המגמה לכימיה של חומרים, אנרגיה וננוטכנולוגיה הוא החדשני מבין המסלולים. במסלול זה, בנוסף ללימודי הכימיה וקורסי הבסיס, לומדים הסטודנטים קורסים בין תחומיים  בכימיה של חומרים, אנרגיה וננוטכנולוגיה – המסלול מציע מגוון רחב של קורסים בתחום. התוכנית משלבת ידע בתחומים הרלבנטיים:מצב מוצק, אלקטרוכימיה, פולימרים, ננו חלקיקים, אנליזת פני שטח ועוד. מרצי הקורסים הם חברי המסלול, בעלי שם עולמי בתחומם, שעיסוקם המחקרי חופף את נושאי הקורסים. מעבדות ההוראה בתחום הינן מהמעבדות המוערכות ביותר בתחומם בארץ. במהלך התואר הסטודנטים משתתפים בכל שנה בקורסי מעבדה מגוונים המכינים אותם להמשך דרכם. בשנה השלישית הם משתתפים בפרויקטים במעבדות המחקר של המחלקה לכימיה. בנוסף, בשנה השלישית על הסטודנטים להעביר סמינריון.

B.Sc.: Chemistry of materials, energy, and nanotechnology
The major in chemistry of materials, energy, and nanotechnology is the most innovative of the tracks. In this track, in addition to studying chemistry and basic courses, students study interdisciplinary courses in chemistry of materials, energy, and nanotechnology – the track offers a wide variety of courses in these fields. The program combines knowledge in relevant areas such as, solid state chemistry, electrochemistry, polymers, nanoparticles, surface analysis, and more. The different course lecturers are members of the track, and their research overlaps with the subjects of the courses, they are world-renowned experts in their fields. The teaching laboratories in the program are among the best laboratories in Israel.

During the degree, the students participate every year in various laboratory courses that prepare them for their future. In their third year, the students take part in projects conducted in active research laboratories of the chemistry department. In addition, during the third year, students must take a seminar course, where they present state-of-the-art scientific progress.
